Yesterday at San Rocco Theatre in Seregno, the awards was given to the one thousand best performing companies for their commitment to creating assets and employment
Healthy companies, with a rating ranging from “balanced to excellent”, which have produced profits and with ebitda has been at least 2.15% over the last three years (but some companies even reach 50%). They are mostly small and medium-sized companies, with few industrial giants, and they all have one thing in common: over the last three years, they have not only generated turnover, but they have always closed with a positive result and proved financial solidity.
Companies built through the hard work of their employees and partners, which LombardiaPost has decided to reward to thank them for this commitment.
“We wanted to create this project,” says Filiberto Zovico, director of LombardiaPost and founder of ItalyPost, “because in this country those who work and produce are often poorly considered than taken as examples. In the same way, we wanted to highlight the fact that while the big industries bring prestige to Italian-made products, behind them there are thousands of small and medium-sized enterprises that are the real strength of areas such as this one, and we need to build an alliance of all these enterprises to carry on positive values and find ways to attract talented people”.
On Monday 25 October at 5 p.m., at the San Rocco Theatre in Seregno, was held the awards ceremony with all the 1000 companies. It was a moment of acknowledgement for those who give strength to this extraordinary industrial area, but also a moment of common reflection in which journalists, economists, institutional figures and businessmen took part in three different panels.
IPC was proud to take part with his own delegation in this moment of celebration and sharing. We are convinced that the commitment, professionalism and daily hard work of all our employees will always let us achieve all our most ambitious goals.
